Check-in time is 4:00 pm or later, for early check in a daycare fee applies.
Check out is no later than 12:00 pm. A half day care fee will be charged as a late check-out fee for any dog picked up between 12:00 pm and closing time.
Should your dog'(s) be banned from daycare for behavioral reasons a store credit for the remaining amount redeemable at Cay 9 Resort & Spa will be given.
There is no cash refund for pre-paid daycare packages.
Any dog new to our Boarding Services is required to visit our Full Day Doggie Day Care at least once before their stay in order to ensure adaptability to our environment. Also your dog must qualify to meet our admission requirements*.
Your pet will be re-evaluated for a Temperamental Test if he/she has not spent at least 3 full days/1 boarding night per year.
Your treasured companion will feel even more special after being bathed with luxurious dog shampoo. To ensure each guest goes home clean and fresh, a dog bath is required (without exception) for any guest staying two days or more for an extra charge of $20 KYD.
All dogs must be 100% people and dog friendly in order to stay with us. Cay 9 Resort & Spa reserves the right to refuse services based upon a dog’s temperament or health condition.
While we strive to achieve a safe environment for all dogs at Cay 9 Resort & Spa, we cannot prevent accidents, injuries, illnesses or changes in behavior, dogs play with their teeth and paws. By bringing your dog to Cay 9 Resort & Spa, you accept this risk and you release us and our staff from all liability arising from the occurrence of such events. In the event of injury or medical problem we have a veterinarian 24/7 in call and we will contact you immediately.
Reservations are accepted online or by a call on a first come first serve basis. We strongly recommend providing as much advance notice as possible to ensure availability.
A fifty percent non-refundable deposit is required at time of reservation; the full balance is due on day of dogs’ arrival. All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be applied to your Cay 9 Resort & Spa account as a store credit, no refunds will be issued.
All suites have to be paid in full at reservation time. In case of a cancellation within 42 hrs, money will be applied to your Cay 9 Resort & Spa account as a store credit. No refunds will be issued for suite cancellations within 42 hours.
