Cay 9 Resort & Spa is Cayman’s first facility offering luxurious total pet care for your four-legged family member 24/7.

Owners can choose from a variety of spacious accommodations from standard resort room to presidential suite, to make their dogs feel right at home.

Regardless of preference, each has been designed to delight guests with the gentle elegance that can only be found at Cay 9 Resorts & Spa.

Our certified staff members are true animal lovers, and will care for your dog like their own! The end result is maximum care and comfort for your pet in a luxurious ambiance.

All dogs participating in this program must first pass a strict temperament screening process to ensure compatibility with the group. Dogs that haven't participated in daycare of boarding for more than 5 months have to pass a re-assessment.

Boarding rates are from 4pm to 12pm the day after. For earlier check ins or later check outs during opening hours ½ day daycare charges will apply
 

All dogs participating in daycare or boarding must be able to swim and climb stairs on their own

Bathing Policy Boarding

• Your treasured companion will feel even more special after being bathed with luxurious dog shampoo. To ensure each dog goes home clean and fresh after boarding, a bronze spa is required for staying 2 days or more and a silver spa for staying more than 2 weeks (no exceptions).

Reservations and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a fee of 1 day of boarding
• Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a fee of 2 days of boarding
